This is very helpful as the material provided included the drafts which can be used on day to day practice. A lot of additional information, drafts, case studies as well as well-organized slides and lectures were provided. Το εταιρικό δίκαιο αρκετοί το εξασκούν, λίγοι όμως το απολαμβάνουν. Είναι ομολογουμένως ένα ανιαρό θέμα. Όμως η Γεωργία Ονουφρίου κατάφερε με την παρουσίαση της : Μείωση Μετοχικού κεφαλαίου – νομοθεσία και πρακτική να το κάμει πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την παρακολούθηση του, όχι μόνο από δικηγόρους αλλά και παροχής υπηρεσιών. Είναι πολύ κατατοπιστικό και βοηθητικό για άτομα που δεν ασχολήθηκαν στο παρελθόν με το θέμα διότι αναλύει την νομοθεσία και παραθέτει και την πρακτική, αλλά και για άτομα που θέλουν να φρεσκάρουν τις γνώσεις τους.

Αξίζει να το παρακολουθήσει ο κάθε δικαστηριακός υπάλληλος. Το όφελος που θα αποκομίσει είναι μεγάλο. Οι κοπέλες που το παρουσιάζουν μπορούν να μεταδώσουν στους ακροατές με ευκολία και απλότητα τα διάφορα θέματα, που είναι πολύ σημαντικό για την κατανόηση τους.
