Το εταιρικό δίκαιο αρκετοί το εξασκούν, λίγοι όμως το απολαμβάνουν. Είναι ομολογουμένως ένα ανιαρό θέμα. Όμως η Γεωργία Ονουφρίου κατάφερε με την παρουσίαση της : Μείωση Μετοχικού κεφαλαίου – νομοθεσία και πρακτική να το κάμει πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την παρακολούθηση του, όχι μόνο από δικηγόρους αλλά και παροχής υπηρεσιών. Είναι πολύ κατατοπιστικό και βοηθητικό για άτομα που δεν ασχολήθηκαν στο παρελθόν με το θέμα διότι αναλύει την νομοθεσία και παραθέτει και την πρακτική, αλλά και για άτομα που θέλουν να φρεσκάρουν τις γνώσεις τους.
Παρακολούθησα τη σειρά μαθημάτων προετοιμασίας για τις Γραπτές Εξετάσεις Επαγγελματικής Ικανότητας Συμβούλων Αφερεγγυότητας στο ELTC και είμαι εξαιρετικά ικανοποιημένος από την εμπειρία μου. The course is divided into 7 good structured lectures. Without unnecessary information, everything is to the point. Excellent communication with the lecturer. Examples from his experience and examples of how to apply the material learned make the lectures come alive. In addition, the lecture shares samples of contracts that can be used in your practice. This course will be useful for those involved in real estate.

The course covered a lot of information regarding different parts of legislation. The course had both theoretical and practical parts. This is very helpful as the material provided included the drafts which can be used on day to day practice. A lot of additional information, drafts, case studies as well as well-organized slides and lectures were provided. The material provided was up-to-date and new possible changes in the legislation were also discussed. The content of this seminar could have been part of a 2 hours seminar that could take place at one day. A lot of things were repeated, long delays to start, long breaks - not ideal for professionals with hectic schedules. On the other hand, the presenter is very skilful in transmitting the information in a way that it can be easily understood and remembered.

I have attended the seminar recently. I can recommend it to anyone who is interested to boost their expertise in legal corporate. Mrs. Georgia, was patiently advising us with any questions that we had, no matter how complicated they were. She was providing us with several case scenarios and was explaining the whole processes with detail and even if not all of us studied law all the information provided was clear. Not only we have gained more knowledge but she was assisting us with any questions that we had even outside of seminar hours. As a Corporate Administrator myself I would recommend this seminar to anyone that is interested to become more professional and gain more knowledge when it comes to Cyprus corporate legal sector. Mrs Andrulla is a great tutor. The course is very interesting and useful. You get answers to your questions.
The course covered a lot of information regarding different parts of legislation. The course had both theoretical and practical parts. This is very helpful as the material provided included the drafts which can be used on day to day practice. A lot of additional information, drafts, case studies as well as well-organized slides and lectures were provided. The material provided was up-to-date and new possible changes in the legislation were also discussed. Ms Androulla Poutziouri was helpful during the course, ready to reply to any queries during the seminar and also was replying to the questions on emails. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend for anyone who is an aspiring lawyer in Cyprus. The materials ELTRC provide are super helpful, Georgia is also an excellent tutor, she explains things so patiently and is always happy to help. She makes the whole process seem so much less daunting and provides you with the structure and tools necessary to pass the Cyprus BAR.

I highly recommend European Legal Training Centre for any Course you might need. The course I did, related to Company law had plenty of information and explanations breaking everything down in to small manageable sections. Plenty of ongoing learning and looking forward to more courses delivered in the same way. Georgia delivered everything according to my expectations and even beyond them.
