The Cyprus Company Law and Practice course offered a comprehensive overview of Cyprus Law on Companies framework, expertly delivered by Mrs. Androulla Poutziouris, who combined essential topics, case studies, and interactive learning. It is also ideal for civil law professionals transitioning to the common law system with a focus on Cyprus company law.
The course covered a lot of information regarding different parts of legislation. The course had both theoretical and practical parts. This is very helpful as the material provided included the drafts which can be used on day to day practice. A lot of additional information, drafts, case studies as well as well-organized slides and lectures were provided. The material provided was up-to-date and new possible changes in the legislation were also discussed. Ms Androulla Poutziouri was helpful during the course, ready to reply to any queries during the seminar and also was replying to the questions on emails. Highly recommended.

The seminar was excellent and well prepared and presented by Stylianos. One thing that I found somewhat difficult was viewing the slides. I am not sure if this was the fault of my computer (or my skills!) but the print was too small and the information on the slides was too densely printed so following them was a bit challenging. Otherwise, it was enjoyable and I look forward to other seminars presented by your company!
This was hands down one of the most constructive seminars I’ve attended for corporate-related matters. The content of this seminar could have been part of a 2 hours seminar that could take place at one day. A lot of things were repeated, long delays to start, long breaks - not ideal for professionals with hectic schedules. On the other hand, the presenter is very skilful in transmitting the information in a way that it can be easily understood and remembered.

Συγκεκριμένα, το εκπαιδευτικό υλικό ήταν άριστης ποιότητας, καλύπτοντας λεπτομερώς όλες τις θεματικές ενότητες που απαιτούνται για την προετοιμασία των εξετάσεων. Οι σημειώσεις ήταν εξαιρετικά κατανοητές και πλήρως ενημερωμένες, παρέχοντας μια ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα των θεμάτων. Επίσης, η διδάσκουσα - Αντωνία Αργυρού ήταν εξαιρετική, με βαθιά γνώση του αντικειμένου και την ικανότητα να εξηγεί πολύπλοκες έννοιες με απλό και κατανοητό τρόπο. Η πρακτική ανάλυση και οι επισημάνσεις της κας. Αργυρού ήταν εξαιρετικά χρήσιμες, δίνοντάς μας την ευκαιρία να εφαρμόσουμε τη θεωρία σε πραγματικά σενάρια και υποθέσεις. I have attended many seminars through the European Legal Training Centre. All of the seminars I have participated in were with Ms. Androulla Poutziouri, and I am truly grateful for that. She is passionate, highly knowledgeable, and eager to share her expertise with her attendees—something quite rare these days! She is always very helpful. Παρακολούθησα την τελευταία σειρά μαθημάτων που έγινε το 2024 και συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την Αντωνία Αργυρού. Η συνεισφορά της ήταν κομβική στην επιτυχία μου στις εξετάσεις!!!. Όλο το εκπαιδευτικό υλικό, οι γνώσεις της, η εμπειρία της και η προσέγγισή της στα μαθήματα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Προσφέρει λεπτομερή κατανόηση τόσο των προνοιών των νομοθεσιών όσο και της εφαρμογής τους, τα οποία είναι το βασικό συστατικό για την επίλυση των θεωρητικών και πρακτικών ασκήσεων που αφορούν την Γραπτή Εξέταση. Η σειρά των μαθήματων ήταν πολύ χρήσιμη και βοηθητική στην προετοιμασία μας για τις εξετάσεις. Η Αντωνία ήταν απλά καταπληκτική!!!! Πάντα μελετημένη στις διαλέξεις, με πολύ καλές σημειώσεις, αρίστη χρήση της ελληνικής γλώσσας και απόλυτα κατανοητή σε αυτά που έλεγε.
Η κα. Γεωργία - διδάκτωρ του σεμιναρίου, ήταν αρκετά επεξηγηματική, φαίνεται ότι γνωρίζει το αντικείμενο, όχι μόνο στη θεωρία, αλλά και στην πράξη, καθώς από την εμπειρία της ήταν σε θέση να δώσει παραδείγματα, να μας τονίσει σημεία στα οποία ενδεχομένως να αντιμετωπίσουμε δυσκολίες, σημεία τα οποία πρέπει να δώσουμε προσοχή για να αποφευχθούν καθυστερήσεις και λάθη και γενικότερα ήταν αρκετά φιλική και επαγγελματίας. Η ύλη ήταν αρκετά χρήσιμη και στοχευμένη και απέκτησα πολλές γνώσεις. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
