The course I did, related to Company law had plenty of information and explanations breaking everything down in to small manageable sections. The course covered a lot of information regarding different parts of legislation. The course had both theoretical and practical parts. This is very helpful as the material provided included the drafts which can be used on day to day practice. The seminar was excellent and well prepared and presented by Stylianos. One thing that I found somewhat difficult was viewing the slides. I am not sure if this was the fault of my computer (or my skills!) but the print was too small and the information on the slides was too densely printed so following them was a bit challenging. Otherwise, it was enjoyable and I look forward to other seminars presented by your company!

The AML seminar with Mr. Nicos Pavlides was comprehensive, informative, and actually useful to our day-to-day practice. A lot of things were repeated, long delays to start, long breaks - not ideal for professionals with hectic schedules. On the other hand, the presenter is very skilful in transmitting the information in a way that it can be easily understood and remembered.
Το εταιρικό δίκαιο αρκετοί το εξασκούν, λίγοι όμως το απολαμβάνουν. Είναι ομολογουμένως ένα ανιαρό θέμα. Όμως η Γεωργία Ονουφρίου κατάφερε με την παρουσίαση της : Μείωση Μετοχικού κεφαλαίου – νομοθεσία και πρακτική να το κάμει πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την παρακολούθηση του, όχι μόνο από δικηγόρους αλλά και παροχής υπηρεσιών. Είναι πολύ κατατοπιστικό και βοηθητικό για άτομα που δεν ασχολήθηκαν στο παρελθόν με το θέμα διότι αναλύει την νομοθεσία και παραθέτει και την πρακτική, αλλά και για άτομα που θέλουν να φρεσκάρουν τις γνώσεις τους.
The seminar was very good and the instructor excellent. However, the seminar was very fast paced and I suggest in the future to take 3 hours instead of 2.
This may have been the most useful seminar I have attended. The lecturer was full of knowledge and managed to get her points through to me. Would definitely watch more of her seminars.

The course was really helpful. It explained very clearly a lot of aspects of cyprus company law. It is very useful as it dealt and presented every issue we are dealing with every day at work.

The course covered a lot of information regarding different parts of legislation. The course had both theoretical and practical parts. This is very helpful as the material provided included the drafts which can be used on day to day practice. A lot of additional information, drafts, case studies as well as well-organized slides and lectures were provided. The material provided was up-to-date and new possible changes in the legislation were also discussed. Ms Androulla Poutziouri was helpful during the course, ready to reply to any queries during the seminar and also was replying to the questions on emails. Highly recommended.
