The seminar was excellent and well prepared and presented by Stylianos. One thing that I found somewhat difficult was viewing the slides. I am not sure if this was the fault of my computer (or my skills!) but the print was too small and the information on the slides was too densely printed so following them was a bit challenging. Otherwise, it was enjoyable and I look forward to other seminars presented by your company!

The course is divided into 7 good structured lectures. Without unnecessary information, everything is to the point. Excellent communication with the lecturer. Examples from his experience and examples of how to apply the material learned make the lectures come alive. In addition, the lecture shares samples of contracts that can be used in your practice. This course will be useful for those involved in real estate.
I found the seminar very interesting just by reading the title. I am glad that I participated in the seminar. Androulla was fluent in English and explained all the main points with example without reading from her notes. Learned new information and surprised with most of them. Excellent. Το εταιρικό δίκαιο αρκετοί το εξασκούν, λίγοι όμως το απολαμβάνουν. Είναι ομολογουμένως ένα ανιαρό θέμα. Όμως η Γεωργία Ονουφρίου κατάφερε με την παρουσίαση της : Μείωση Μετοχικού κεφαλαίου – νομοθεσία και πρακτική να το κάμει πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την παρακολούθηση του, όχι μόνο από δικηγόρους αλλά και παροχής υπηρεσιών. Είναι πολύ κατατοπιστικό και βοηθητικό για άτομα που δεν ασχολήθηκαν στο παρελθόν με το θέμα διότι αναλύει την νομοθεσία και παραθέτει και την πρακτική, αλλά και για άτομα που θέλουν να φρεσκάρουν τις γνώσεις τους.
