The course covered a lot of information regarding different parts of legislation. The course had both theoretical and practical parts. This is very helpful as the material provided included the drafts which can be used on day to day practice. A lot of additional information, drafts, case studies as well as well-organized slides and lectures were provided. The material provided was up-to-date and new possible changes in the legislation were also discussed. The seminar was very good and the instructor excellent. However, the seminar was very fast paced and I suggest in the future to take 3 hours instead of 2.

Όμως η Γεωργία Ονουφρίου κατάφερε με την παρουσίαση της : Μείωση Μετοχικού κεφαλαίου – νομοθεσία και πρακτική να το κάμει πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την παρακολούθηση του, όχι μόνο από δικηγόρους αλλά και παροχής υπηρεσιών.
