The course covered a lot of information regarding different parts of legislation. The course had both theoretical and practical parts. This is very helpful as the material provided included the drafts which can be used on day to day practice. A lot of additional information, drafts, case studies as well as well-organized slides and lectures were provided. Το εταιρικό δίκαιο αρκετοί το εξασκούν, λίγοι όμως το απολαμβάνουν. Είναι ομολογουμένως ένα ανιαρό θέμα. Όμως η Γεωργία Ονουφρίου κατάφερε με την παρουσίαση της : Μείωση Μετοχικού κεφαλαίου – νομοθεσία και πρακτική να το κάμει πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την παρακολούθηση του, όχι μόνο από δικηγόρους αλλά και παροχής υπηρεσιών. Είναι πολύ κατατοπιστικό και βοηθητικό για άτομα που δεν ασχολήθηκαν στο παρελθόν με το θέμα διότι αναλύει την νομοθεσία και παραθέτει και την πρακτική, αλλά και για άτομα που θέλουν να φρεσκάρουν τις γνώσεις τους.

The seminar was excellent and well prepared and presented by Stylianos. One thing that I found somewhat difficult was viewing the slides. I am not sure if this was the fault of my computer (or my skills!) but the print was too small and the information on the slides was too densely printed so following them was a bit challenging. Otherwise, it was enjoyable and I look forward to other seminars presented by your company!
