I am extremely satisfied with the seminar and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking to expand their general overview in Shareholders Agreements. I found the seminar to be highly informative and appreciated the abundance of materials and templates provided. If anything I would suggest, was for the seminar to had more time to cover even deeper and more complex topics.

A seminar that over its course went through the relevant matter thoroughly. The speaker was well prepared and he is well aware of the matter. He guided constructive conversations amongst the participants also.

Το εταιρικό δίκαιο αρκετοί το εξασκούν, λίγοι όμως το απολαμβάνουν. Είναι ομολογουμένως ένα ανιαρό θέμα. Όμως η Γεωργία Ονουφρίου κατάφερε με την παρουσίαση της : Μείωση Μετοχικού κεφαλαίου – νομοθεσία και πρακτική να το κάμει πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την παρακολούθηση του, όχι μόνο από δικηγόρους αλλά και παροχής υπηρεσιών. Είναι πολύ κατατοπιστικό και βοηθητικό για άτομα που δεν ασχολήθηκαν στο παρελθόν με το θέμα διότι αναλύει την νομοθεσία και παραθέτει και την πρακτική, αλλά και για άτομα που θέλουν να φρεσκάρουν τις γνώσεις τους.

Πρόγραμμα: Πιστοποιητικό Δικηγορικών Υπαλλήλων Μέσα από αυτό το σεμινάριο που παρακολούθησα εμπλούτισα τις γνώσεις μου σε ότι αφορά την δικαστηριακή διαδικασία, τα δικαστήρια, τους νόμους, τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα, το σύνταγμα και άλλα. Αξίζει να το παρακολουθήσει ο κάθε δικαστηριακός υπάλληλος. Το όφελος που θα αποκομίσει είναι μεγάλο. Οι κοπέλες που το παρουσιάζουν μπορούν να μεταδώσουν στους ακροατές με ευκολία και απλότητα τα διάφορα θέματα, που είναι πολύ σημαντικό για την κατανόηση τους.

I highly recommend European Legal Training Centre for any Course you might need. The course I did, related to Company law had plenty of information and explanations breaking everything down in to small manageable sections. Plenty of ongoing learning and looking forward to more courses delivered in the same way. Georgia delivered everything according to my expectations and even beyond them.
